- Phyllis Rehbein is a self-taught calligrapher who has lived in and worked in West Virginia for over 27 years. She began a home-based business in 1994 and has been a juried artisan for Tamarack since 1996. Her pieces have been exhibited at the U.S. Courthouse in Charleston. She enjoys creating custom works for her clients such as poems, wedding certificates, and many types of personal inscriptions.
